WhatAJem, a Warwickshire-based marketing agency, approached us to produce a testimonial video for one of their clients, JL Café.
The testimonial video was utilised as part of a tender presentation to pitch for a new lease contract, and this helped to make the bid more professional and persuasive. In addition, the video was used as part of JL Café's social media marketing strategy.
Core to the video are JL Café's many satisified customers, who were more than happy to vouch for the quality of service provided by the café owners. This is overplayed with shots showing the buzz and atmosphere at the café, and the video then concludes with an appeal by the owner.
Overall, we tried to create a human interest story to ultimately help our client win the tender application.
