For SIP Scootershop and their customers, Vespas are more than a way of getting from A to B. They're a lifestyle. Based in Germany, they supply scooter parts and accessories to scooter enthusiasts around the world. In this testimonial, the founders of SIP Scootershop describe the passion for scooters they share with their customers, and how online reviews have benefitted their business. 

For some time now, Trustpilot have been steadily building a library of case studies of clients and their experiences. The range of clients in different sectors is impressive, and is a good example of how a case study can play an important part in a content marketing strategy

We've already produced a series of case studies for Trustpilot in the UK and US, and they were keen to add to their European portfolio as they continue to grow in Europe. The challenge on this occasion was to manage the production of the case study in Germany, which involved sourcing and co-ordinating a local crew. The customer had a strong story to tell and their experience translates well to online businesses everywhere, so it was decided to make the content accessible to a global audience beyond Germany. The client was delighted with the final result, and is the first of several European productions in the pipeline.
