Social media executive - Job description:
Managing both company and client social media accounts, across several channels
Working with the visual design team on new, shareable content to engage audiences
Writing social media posts, using appropriate voice and ensuring high standards
Setting up and optimising social media channels
Writing blog posts for the Ember Television website
Researching engaging content
Presenting analytics to clients and colleagues, and using data to inform your approach.
Additional responsibilities you’ll develop:
Account management for social media clients
A strong knowledge of our clients’ industries, particularly investing.
The purpose of the role
We need you to help us make social media marketing a core part of our offering. Having great content is one thing, but businesses need to use it effectively, to raise brand awareness and help generate leads. It’s vitally important that our service has a positive, demonstrable impact on our clients with a clear return on investment. We want to build, find and engage with our audiences, and use a data-driven approach to deliver great results.
To continue to grow both company and client social media accounts according to agreed metrics
Demonstrate the benefits of social media marketing to our existing and potential clients, in order to grow this part of the business
Foster real interactions and online relationships.
