The focus of the Camera Operator & Video Editor role is on shooting and editing high-quality video content.
Basic video graphics
Overseeing post-production, managing workflows, and post-production processes to ensure maximum efficiency
Being responsible for and ensuring impressive and consistently high standards are applied to every project for all our clients.
Thoroughly competent camera operator and video editor, with knowledge of sound and lighting.
Passionate about video content, with an impressive portfolio of video projects you have worked on.
Confident and effective communicator, written and spoken.

Keen intellect, in order to understand subjects / industry sectors quickly.
Sociable person who can talk to clients and contributors easily.
Essential knowledge and experience:
Extensive knowledge and experience of the video production process.
Working knowledge of and experience in relevant experience, for example, editing video on Premiere Pro or creating graphics in After Effects.
Educated to degree level (we consider production / film / TV courses to be relevant, as well as subjects like English literature, creative writing, marketing, and journalism). We would not rule out applicants with different academic backgrounds.
Desirable knowledge and experience:
Experience of working for an SME or micro business.
Knowledge of marketing techniques and what makes for effective content.
Digital savvy – knowledge of websites, social media, and SEO.
£23,000 - 27,000 per year, depending on experience.
Full time – five days per week.
Work hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Working from home:
We can offer a degree of flexibility but would like you to work from our Birmingham office three days a week.
Shoots are usually a ten-hour day including travel time, but travel sometimes increases this and occasionally an overnight stay may be required.
