Much of the focus in this week’s catch up is on the importance of visuals, with Hootsuite finally opening up its scheduling capabilities to image-obsessed Instagram whilst the benefits of marketing videos and graphics continue to impress.

We all know that the way a customer feels about a brand has a big impact on their decision to spend money with them or not, and the experience you give customers when they browse your site or look at your ad material is exactly what shapes those feelings. The more aesthetically pleasing and interesting you can make your content, the more business success and customer satisfaction you’ll see in the long-term. So get to the drawing board!
