Arkadin were after a video that would speak directly to their target audience — senior IT professionals — in promoting the Cisco Webex software that they provide as a new and effective solution to the communication problems presented by outmoded IT.
In following the client’s brief to develop something human and relatable, we sought to make use of classical storytelling techniques. We introduced a lead character and presented that character with a challenge to overcome, giving us a narrative structure centred around the problems faced by our video’s target audience.
Working with a small crew in collaboration with the Arkadin team, we were able to put this story together and illustrate what Arkadin's services can offer to their customer base.
